Redevelopment and promotion of tourism in the beautiful area of Kevdi Dam involves an eco-tourism camp site. 

 

The proposal for the Forest Department at Kevdi includes new cottages and dormitories to be housed in domes made of earth blocks, a cafetaria within the twisting bamboo bridge which also connects the existing camp site to the proposed new area. 

 

The bamboo bridge is the highlight of this project and will give the much required face to the forest area by attracting tourists from nearby buzzling cities. 

 

Tree houses, nature trails, amphitheatres sporadically spread across the site will also give opportunity to attract people of all interests.
